Apple iPhone arrives in China
Apple iPhone is finally available in China. Legally!
The launch has been less than spectacular as there were not many takers for this device.
The possible reasons are high price of the legal version and easy availability of unlocked smuggled units in the market.
The smuggled units are also cheaper compared to the legal version being sold by China Unicom.
The official version is being sold for 4,999 yuan while the smuggled units can be acquired for around 4,000 yuan or even lower.
