Motorola Milestone coming to Europe through O2 and Vodafone
Motorola has announced their first Google Android smartphone for the European market.
Motorola Milestone would be sold by O2 and Vodafone.
It would be the first Google Android 2 smartphone to be officially available in Europe.
The company has already announced Motorola Droid in the US market.
Motorola Milestone is essentially the GSM version of Droid which is a CDMA smartphone.
It features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard along with a 3.7-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 by 854 pixels.
It comes with preloaded applications for tons of Google powered web services like Google Maps with Latitude, Google Talk, Google Mail and YouTube.
In Europe, it would come loaded with MOTONAV turn-by-turn navigation in addition to Google Maps and E-Compass Latitude.
