BlueBeat stops selling Beatles music on their store
EMI has finally managed to stop BlueBeat from selling Beatles music on their store.
The company however still claims that they have the copyrights on these songs.
BlueBeat owner Hank Risan claims that these songs are his own creations as he recorded them using “psycho-acoustic simulations”!
A Los Angeles court has ordered that BlueBeat does not have the right to sell these songs.
Beatles incidentally have not given permissions to any digital store to sell their songs online.
They are however offering their entire catalog on a USB drive that is available on sale from their website.
