Google Webmaster Tools now show page loading speeds
Google has already stated that they want the web to be faster. And for that web publishers need to make sure that their websites load fast.
The company has now added a new section on Google Webmaster Tools. This section showcases the loading times of your web pages.
You can see if Google thinks your web pages are loading excessively slow or not. It also gives out tips on how to fasten things up.
Google has also hinted that the loading time of the web pages might soon become another factor in the ranking of the web page. So if search engine rankings are important for you… it is the time to fix the mess on your web pages.
