CrunchPad Lawsuit Filed
Michael Arrington has announced that he has now filed a federal lawsuit against Fusion Garage in the Northern District of California Federal court.
This lawsuit is connected to the much talked about tablet PC device named CrunchPad.
Arrington and his team at TechCrunch worked with Fusion Garage on this device.
Fusion Garage disassociated themselves from TechCrunch a couple of weeks ago and launched the device as JooJoo.
The lawsuit consists of several allegations: Fraud and Deceit, Misappropriation of Business Ideas, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Unfair Competition and Violations of the Lanham Act.
