Swift handles the road brilliantly & ABS is umm..but this is a noisy car the humming from the doors ,the air cutting noise & the excessive tyre noise kills the pleasure of driving such a sexy cat.
Ocasional creaks from the seats & shockers remind you not to go wild with this machine.
Overall I would recommend this car considering the value for money but then you can not compare it with bigger sedans in comfort or Maruti stands a chance to improve !!

I am totally satisfied except for the fuel economy. Performance is awesome!I have clocked 160kmph and I was able to rev past some bigger sedans!!! Till date, I have not had any problems, except the Power Window switch falling off!I love the interiors, though I am not fully satisfied with the exteriors!The left mirror is in a bit awkward postion, but I go used to it.I would have loved, if they had provided the option for tires fitted with the Zxis.I am pretty comfortable with the driver position as well as the driver view, except for the A-Pillar. I hav done 2800kms till now. Hope the fuel prices aren’t hiked. That would make me think about a Common Rail Diesel engined car!

I purchased a “MARUTI SWIFT” a few days back & in a word it’s marvellous & cann’t be described it’s range of quality.it is nice, smooth,fast but quiet.I am very much proud of my “SWIFT”.

I have recently purchased Swift, it is really nice and comfortable to drive it. It is really very comfortable and seems sturdy car. It is really value for money, style, safety and comfort.

Folks, I test drove Maruti’s Swift last week (May’05). I found the car to be bloated and wondered where all the space had gone. It seems the Doors have been bloated to probably make the car safer. The glove box seems cramped when compared to Alto’s. The boot is big but we don’t get a single level surface upon folding the rear seat. I have much more to share with someone else who too has test driven Swift – looking fwd to responses.
