Sirius Satellite Radio which recently announced that they have found way revolutionary way to increase their broadcasting capabilities and plans to telecast video feed have more news for us. They have now reached a deal with the telecommunication giant Sprint Corporation.
Their service would begin at the end of the current year, as the Sirius would be supplying music channels to the users of Sprint, which is currently the third largest mobile service provider in the United States. Sirius however is not the lone content provider Sprint has for their users. Sprint has agreement with 2 other companies.
Both the companies are currently evaluating the channels which Sprint would be broadcasting for their users. The companies would be releasing more information about the deals later this year as financial details are yet to be revealed to the press. However, they have disclosed that the pricing for the service would be included in the cell-phone service package that Sprint sells to its customers.
