Aamir Khan is new Toyota Innova brand ambassador

Toyota showed how much they are behind their prime offering Toyota Innova that they have roped in superstar Aamir Khan to become its brand ambassador. Toyota would be supported now by Aamir Khan to promote the Toyota Innova car in the Indian market. Incidentally, they had require little help from the innovative Indian actor as the car is already selling in large numbers and has got a waiting list for its prospective customers.

The company wants to use the Aamir effect to generate more awareness about their flagship vehicle in the Indian market. The company has priced Innova’s petrol version between Rs. 6,76,000/- and Rs. 9,37,000/- (ex-showroom Thane) and the diesel is priced between Rs. 7,36,000/- and Rs. 9,97,000/- (ex-showroom Thane). In other cities, the prices vary according to the local tax structure.

The car was launched in the Indian market in February this year and replaced the aging model from the company Toyota Qualis. Qualis was an old generation product, which in spite of it having a boxy look made big in the Indian market. So much so, that when the company decided to stop making Qualis before introducing Innova, the market was disappointed. Toyota could have easily sold both the cars in their own markets in the Indian market but they decided against it. And the market continues to appreciate what Toyota has to offer to Indian customers.

Toyota has on offer in India five variants of this car. It is available in 2.0ltr petrol and 2.5ltr diesel in seven colors Silver, Dark Red Mica, Beige Mica, Light Green Mica, Dark Blue Mica, Super white, and White.
