It would be fair to say that Indians are more VFM guys than Quality.

This chap is living in totally disconnected world. Yes, quality is sought after in India. Indians try to build quality products as well. But, to say that Indians are more quality aware than Japanese is not entirely true. What rules in India is “reasonable” quality at affordable prices. Please take a look at how South Koreans are doing in India.

That is really a Toyota statement, for which they are known i.e. QUALITY. We appreciate their thinking
