Chevrolet Aveo Sedan prices start from Rs 5.55 lakh

World’s largest automaker General Motors has finally announced the availability of Chevrolet Aveo Sedan in the Indian market. The pricing structure of the car is now also available, as the company has priced the car starting at Rs. 5.55 lakh.

There are four models of Chevrolet Aveo on offer from the company and these are priced between Rs 5.55-Rs 6.85 lakh. The cheapest model on sale would be the 1.4E and other models are named 1.4L, the 1.4LS, and the top-end 1.6LT. These four models are priced at Rs. 5.55 lakh, Rs 5.74 lakh, Rs 6.14 lakh, and Rs 6.85 lakh respectively. These prices are ex-showroom, Thane.

GM also revealed that they are currently working on a diesel version of this sedan and are also planning to soon reveal more details on the hatchback version of this car. Chevrolet Aveo would be launched with local content of less than 50 per cent. GM however is planning to increase the localized content in the car to make the car more cost effective.
