Scrubs coming on Apple iTunes
Medical comedy Scrubs is one of our favorite funny television series and it is coming to Apple iTunes. NBC and the sister studio of rival network ABC are joining hands to bring this raw tickling comedy to the digital store from Apple, iTunes.
Scrubs is now being added to the already extensive range of television shows available for download on Apple iTunes. Users would be able to purchase episodes of this show for USD 1.99 per show.
This becomes the first time a prime-time program is being offered via the Internet for commercial download through a partnership between two major studios. Scrubs is produced by Disney-ABC Television Group’s Touchstone Television and is a NBC’s show.
Apple iTunes is as of now offering as many as 60 programs for sale and download for play on their digital player Apple iPod Video. The two studios are expected to split the profits generated by the sales of shows of Scrubs on Apple iTunes.
