Samsung t509 phone coming to North America and its slimmer than Moto Razr/Slvr
The popularity of the Moto Razr range of mobile phones has proven that consumers would ignore features and value for a good-looking slim mobile phone. Samsung now wants to capture a part of the market, which has traditionally looked towards the Motorola Razr and Slvr mobile phones with their upcoming new model Samsung t509.
The company claims that t509 phone would be the slimmest phone in the North American market. It is equipped with a color screen for playing videos and comes loaded with an external memory slot. Impressively, t509 is just around 9.8 millimeters thick which makes it slimmer than the 11.5-millimeter thick Moto Slvr.
Samsung is planning to launch this new mobile phone during the upcoming annual CTIA Wireless show in Las Vegas this week. The aim is to take on the domestic market leaders Motorola and also overtake Nokia and LG as the second largest mobile seller in the North American market.

Peter Skarzynski, a senior vice president for Samsung spoke about this new product from the company: “I don’t know of anybody else that’s doing anything this slim this year.†they would be launching t509 along with d807 during the second half of the current year.
