Maruti, IOC, and Citibank launch ‘loyalty cum rewards program’

Maruti continues to offer more value added services to their customers. The latest program has been started in collaboration with IOC and Citibank. The company has launched a new loyalty programme for its customers and would be issuing autocard in partnership with IOC and Citibank.

This program is being called ‘loyalty cum rewards programme’ and it would be for both current and new customers of the company.

Customers would be able to avail discounts at IOC fuel pumps with this card. This card would also be usable as a credit card. Maruti managing director Jagdish Khattar said in a statement during the launch ceremony: “Maruti’s customers can earn and redeem points from their normal car-related and lifestyle spends, and be rewarded handsomely when they buy a new car from our stable.”

The card would be optional for the Maruti customers and would be issued free of cost. Customers would also be given benefits while shopping or getting their car serviced at authorized Maruti showrooms.
