Canon opens Canon X’perience Showroom in Gurgaon

Canon India Pvt. Limited has opened their first exclusive store ‘Canon X’perience’ in the city of Gurgaon in Haryana. This store has been opened in the MGF Plaza mall and showcases the entire range of Canon products from Canon digicams to digital video cameras and photo printers.

The company said that this mall is just the beginning of their efforts to concentrate on the Indian market to expand their product portfolio in.

Alok Bharadwaj, Vice President, Canon India added his views on this launch: “The retail segment is doing pretty well for us. We already have our focus towards this segment in terms of our DigiClick Zones for cameras and IT imaging zones for printers. Now we are trying to create exclusive Canon showrooms in the form of ‘Canon Xperience’. We would be targeting places like shopping malls and here all our products will be showcased.”

He further said: “Canon believes in enhancing consumer experience by offering user-friendly solutions. The Canon X’perience store will be the visible and tangible face of Canon and serve as the high-tech showcase of our products. From the consumer’s point of view, the Canon X’perience store will provide a highly involved shopping experience.”
