Growth still possible in Online Advertisement market
Both Yahoo! and Google came out with results, which impressed the market analysts. These two companies are the leaders in the online advertisement market and earn a majority of their revenues from this segment.
Their revenue figures have proven that the online ad market still has a lot of potential for growth as against the previous belief that it has reached its saturation point.
Google still dominates the market but this leaves a lot of space for Yahoo! to grow in the coming months. Microsoft is also trying to leave their market through MSN’s online advertisement division, which is currently undergoing an overhaul.
Coming months would see both Yahoo! and MSN expanding their program to a huge base of users who are currently using Google services and this should heat up the market even more.
