Market leaders and the largest maker of mobile phones in the world Nokia is expected to come out with new product launches this week. One of the most anticipates products to come is the new N73 camera phone from the N-Series of the company.

This N73 would help the company bring new more stylish and lighter models in their portfolio. However, they still need to reach the levels of slim phones, which Samsung and Motorola have launched in the recent years. Consumers in the US market have shown a liking for slimmer phones as Moto Razr has been a huge success here.

One market source said in a statement on these rumors: “With the current N-series models, we’ve done some back-to-back tests with models from competing vendors. Nokia’s size, weight, bulk is significantly bigger, while the key features such as the camera match up”.

Nokia has been otherwise doing well in the market as the other world markets are still dominated by them. But market experts believe that Nokia’s recent designs are totally against what the average consumer in the US market expects. This makes Samsung and Motorola more popular in this market.
