Google Health coming soon?

Search Engine giants Google recently launched their Finance related website Google Finance Beta. Next in line could be a special feature section on Health leading to the launch of a possible Google Health.

Several web users have noticed some instances of testing of such a service underway. People have managed to land on Google search pages showing clusters of specific keywords to aid health related searches.

A Google spokeswoman confirmed that some experiments are definitely underway: “We have been doing a variety of research in the health area, including how to improve the quality of health-related search results. We have nothing new to announce at this time.”

This is just one of the many new initiatives market analysts expect from Google this year. The aim is to expand the network of services online to gain in the online advertisement market, which is worth billions of dollars a year.
