Apple iTunes to sell Fox shows
iPod maker Apple Computers has finally started offering episodes of shows from News Corp.’s Fox television network on their Apple iTunes digital service.
As a result, Fox becomes the latest major US based television network to sell their digital content online.
The TV studio is offering shows like “24″ and “Prison Breakâ€, as well as FX Network shows such as “The Shield†on Apple’s digital store. These are available at USD 1.99 per episode and plays on Apple iPod Video.
Apple iTunes is also offering episodes from older shows like “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Lost in Spaceâ€.
Apple already has similar partnerships with other TV Studios including Walt Disney’s ABC, General Electric’s NBC, and CBS Corp.
