Samsung SGH-X820: the slimmest mobile phone in the world
South Korea based tech giants Samsung have launched what they claim is the slimmest mobile phone in the entire world.
The Samsung SGH-X820 is a high end mobile phone with a profile of just around 6.9 mm. they would be showcasing this product at the Sviaz/ExpoComm in Moscow this week.
Samsung SGH-X820 features a 2-megapixel camera, a camcorder, an MP3 player, Bluetooth connectivity, TV-Out, and other high-end functions. It is amazing how much they have managed to pack in such a thin body!
The company would be launching this phone in Europe later this month and in China next month. However, no details on the pricing were revealed in the announcement.
Slim phones got popular in the market after Motorola turned their Razr and Slvr mobile phones into hits in the market. Some of the initial slim phones from Samsung were almost replicas of the Moto Razr and now they are continuing with the launch of new and even slimmer mobile phones!
