Yamaha is truly the world's greatest motorcycle company and I dont think they deserve to be treated this way.Bajaj might be doing well currently but can their discover or maybe even Pulsar cannot be as relied upon as the Yamaha.I wish people could show some gratitude towards Yamaha. The Gladiator is amazing and is definetely a substitute for those who cannot afford 150cc and above machines.I wonder what people would say when the Gladiator 165 is finally launched.I beg people to show some class.

Hi,

Why cant the Yamaha co. launch some of their models which are in production in other countries. They are good with the powerful bikes and they should concentrate on the niche market, than spoiling their already spoilt name in the market. I've never been to a Yamaha show room after I lost my Rx 135 in Bangalore. All Yamaha 4strokes in India are junk, some one should tell this to the management.

Congratulations Yamaha - for effectively neutering the Gladiator. The Auto Expo had hinted that Yamaha has finally risen and addressed the needs of the Indian Biker. But unfortunately - they are repeating the mistakes of the past. They had a golden opportunity in bringing a market leader in terms of styling and technology. However - they have let it slip through. Here's congratulating Bajaj Auto for showing the guts and bringing on stuff that the Indian Biker wants. So the scores in Round Three are -
Bajaj : Three (Discover, Pulsar twins) ,
Honda : One (Unicorn) ,
Suzuki, Yamaha : Zero (pathetically regular Zeus, Heat and Gladiator and Libero respectively),
TVS Motors: One (Unicorn)
Hero Honda :1.5 (Achiever 0.5, 'Zma 1).

If I've forgotten something - plz add it to this list.

But all in all - Bajaj leads the pack ... Hmm...maybe it takes an Indian to realize the Indian biker's heart.
