Motorola expects Motorola Q to be pretty successful in America
As of now, RIM’s Blackberry is the dominating mobile device for corporate users who want to stay connected to their corporate networks and access email and other online services on the move.
Almost all the big players are working on launching rival products to get a piece of this lucrative pie and the latest player to launch a product in this segment is Motorola.
The company has just announced their plans to launch Motorola Q, which would take on RIM Blackberry and Treo in this segment.
Motorola is hoping to make Q a big success in a similar fashion to their Moto Razr mobile phone. They are expecting this device to sell 750,000 units in the first 90 days of launch in the international market.
Motorola representative Ron Garriques said in a statement: “We think we’ll follow the exact same curve as Razr did.â€
