Import Contacts
Just noticed a little link in my account to some new features, including (finally) for importing addresses from “Yahoo! Mail, Outlook, and others to Gmail in just a few clicks.”
Signature options
From the settings page, create a signature that’s automatically added to the end of all your outgoing messages. Change it as often as you like, but always get the last word.
Safari browser support
Now Mac OS X’s Safari is supported by GMail
Expected Features in short time
Noticed the following in the Help page:
“Because Gmail does not offer group or distribution list functionality at this time…”
Maybe I’m reading too much into this, but I take the “at this time” part to mean that group or distribution list functionality may be forthcoming.
