Hero Honda planning a fuel injection model in the 125-cc segment

Hero Honda is the world’s largest maker of bikes. However, the company faces serious competition from domestic players like Bajaj Auto and Honda.

They might not have the most technically advanced products on offer but their products have been ultra reliable and consumers cannot get enough of their products like the Splendor.

The company has interesting plans for this year as they aim to expand their product base with new innovative products.

Hero Honda has announced that they have eight new products planned for this fiscal year. Hero Honda Managing Director Pawan Munjal said in a statement: “We will be having eight new bike launches this fiscal and this includes both new models and variants.”

He added about the planned fuel injection model in the 125-cc segment: “Honda debuts this technology globally in 125-cc with Hero Honda.”

However, the company has no plans to launch a new scooter product in India. Incidentally, they were the largest scooter seller too in the market last month! Bajaj has been the traditional market leader in this segment but is in the process of revamping their product base.

I want to know details about Splender Plus and Glamour. Any other bike in 125 CC. Basically i am looking for lower weight bikes & it is better if the height of the bike is also less.
