They are also responsible for creating the world’s most popular music download service as the Apple iTunes music store dominates all the alternative legal sources of purchasing music on the internet.
The company recently announced a tie-up with HCL India to market their products in the Indian market. This brings a widespread network of dealers for Apple to sell their products in India. In addition, it would also help the Indian consumer to get their Apple products serviced.
Apple has however also now announced that they are pulling out its software development and support operations in India. They had commenced operations in April and hired about 30 people for its subsidiary, Apple Services India Pvt Ltd.
