Apple files yet another lawsuit against Creative
Apple Computers is keeping up the offense against rivals Creative as they have now filed a second lawsuit against them.
It all started with Creative suing Apple claiming they infringed on one of their patents related to the user interface of the digital music player iPod.
Apple had then countersued the company with some patent claims of their own. The latest case is related to using icons, and displaying and editing data on these digital devices.
Apple is asking the courts to stop Creative from further breaches and has demanded cash damages. They are also asking the International Trade Commission in Washington to block imports of Creative’s music players.
