Google PC? Dell and Google extend their collaboration
Dell and Google seem to be talking a lot with each other. We recently got the news where Google is said to have paid a significant amount of money to Dell to bundle Google applications on their machines.
And now the latest news in is that now Dell would be supplying Google with customized computer servers. Google would sell these servers to their corporate customers.
Dell spokesperson Jess Blackburn confirmed this news and said that the products sold through Google would be based on their existing server platform. However, these machines would feature Google-branded logos.
Google would use these machines to sell with their Google Search Appliances. No other details were provided by the two companies.
