Time Magazine claims Apple MacBook is a challenge to regular PC notebooks
Time Magazine has claimed that Apple MacBook is powerful, affordable and quite a capable notebook computer. And it is a good option for even those who are looking for a regular notebook.
The magazine was all praise for this Apple product in their first review of the recently launched Apple MacBook.
The review said: “The next version (of Windows) Vista might be a success, but with a MacBook you can hedge your bet. You get a computer that runs both Mac OS X and Windows XP today, and even appears to meet the minimum requirements for Vista once it gets here.â€
It added that the cheaper MacBook might not have all the frills of the MacBook Pro but it is a great buy at the price and quite a competitive machine for the regular users. They also tested the Apple’s Boot Camp software which enables the users to switch between Mac OS X and Windows XP operating system and were impressed by the ease and usability of this freely available application.
