Mamma mia… A Linux Notebook from Hewlett Packard
Hardware News August 5th, 2004
Linux is going main stream. It’s getting l33ter day by day. And I love it. this is the beginning of a new era. A major PC maker is launching a laptop that would be sold with preloaded Linux instead of the monstrous MS Windows! This is a big day…
Lets hope competition learns something from this. We need awareness about Linux. It can replace Windows for most of us. Who does not use windows to play popular commercial games or use high end softwares which work only on Windows platform without any alternative for Linux. I am downloading SuSe. And if all goes well, I will switch to it in few days for most of my daily routine. :)
