Nokia 6275i: Nokia launches a high-end CDMA mobile phone
World’s largest maker of mobile phones Nokia has launched a new high-end mobile phone based on the CDMA technology. Nokia 6275i is the company’s first 2-megapixel camera phones for CDMA networks.
CDMA technology is popular in the US market with networks powered by companies like Sprint and Verizon. This pocket-sized candybar phone looks similar to their Nokia 6236i and comes with a high-resolution, 320×240 screen.
It also supports Bluetooth connectivity and includes a slot for microSD memory card. The phone also supports music playing capabilities and supports MP3 and AAC-encoded music. Users would be able to add on a 2-GB MicroSD card to this mobile phone making it a potential replacement for a digital music player.
The company also launched another mobile phone 2875i which is being seen as a replacement for their 6236i mobile phone.
