AT&T launches U-verse video and high-speed Internet service
AT&T is now entering into cable TV market as they have now announced their U-verse video and high-speed Internet service.
The company is currently offering this service to about 5,000 homes in San Antonio. Interestingly, the launch was originally expected to take place sometime last year but was delayed. This service would slowly be expanded into the other domestic markets in the United States.
The prices of packages being offered range from $69 to $124 per month. They are offering as many as 200 channels of video and music programming. The internet connectivity speed ranges from 1.5 Mbps to six Mbps.
This service comes along with three TV receivers per home. The installation fee for now is $20, which could be raised to $95 when it is more widely available.
