FeedBurner.com is one of the most popular RSS feed service providers on the internet. They have helped thousands of Bloggers to publish their web feeds on the internet in a convenient format.

The company has now said that they have acquired blog analytics company BlogBeat.net. The financial details of this deal have not been revealed.

This deal is expected to help Feedburner.com expand their statistical services provided to their customers helping them see which of their headlines are most popular with the visitors.

BlogBeat founder Jeff Turner has also joined the staff of Feedburner as its lead engineer for Web analytics.

Feedburner added that the combination of their services would be complete by the end of the year and they would be refunding the payments of BlogBeat customers who are no longer interested in continuing with them.
