A user survey on Blogger users generated some interesting results. And the top 2 issues Blogger.com users have are:

1. They do not like comment system which takes 3 steps to post a comment. Also, the fact that a user can only post using his name if he has registered for Blogger services otherwise the comments are posted as anonymous does not please the users.
2. Also, many Blogger users had the problem with missing posts. This means that Blogger on publishing lost the posts for members due to issues with servers. In that case, my suggestion would be to always write posts in a text editor and then copy paste it into the Blogger system. I do this even with my WordPress Blogs as it gives me ability to check for my spellings and grammar.

Overall the users seemed happy with the simplicity and ease of the service and the fact that there are no more ads and they can now host images for free.
