Apple Computers fail to impress Norway with their solution
Norway’s consumer agency has confirmed in a statement that they are not entirely satisfied by the answers of the Apple Computers related to their claims that the iPod maker is violating contract and copyright laws.
Apple had to respond to these claims after agencies in three countries Norway, Denmark and Sweden claimed that Apple product usage restrictions were against the laws in Scandinavia. These groups believe that the Apple’s policy to limit the support of Apple iPod music player to their own music download service was anti-consumer.
They had also threatened to take the company to courts seeking an injunction banning iTunes from their markets.
Apple had responded to these claims but required the groups to keep the information confidential. However, parts of that statement are said to claim that Apple is working hard on meeting the desires by the Norwegians consumer agency as much as possible.
