Tata Indigo Marina to be launched today

This is what the reports online and the Tata’s website says. Interestingly, this seems to be a low-key affair. Indigo Marina is the station wagon version of the Tata Indica base model and plans to ignite the currently dormant market of Station Wagon cars. The car has already been publicly displayed at auto exhibitions in Geneva, Switzerland and Auto Expo.

    Upto this mail written no body contacted till date

    As i was hopping that company like Tata will take care of there customers but sorry to so this i had never watched so unproffesional way of working and igo problem that your any of senior company customer representative never called and asked to solve the matter.This is the tenth mail.
    I am telling the truth about the rude behaiveour of Mr. Rao( GM Service- Tata Motors, Dada Motors, Ludhiana, Punjab) and no body wants to see the truth as it means that i am telling lie.if you think so then please contact to Dr Rajeev at 09815427799 who was available at that spot and will tell you about the rude behaviour of Mr. Rao and will tell my behaviour also, and this gentle man ( Mr.Rao) not only missbehaved with me also said me to get out of his office also, my fault was that i went to him just making request..
    This is not a matter of any free service or of money, this is a matter of respect given by Tata Motors employees to there customers. The only fault of mine is that i bought your vehicle due to goodwill of Tata and now in back i got a very bad expereince which i will never forget in my whole life.
    Please if you wanted to contact me then i will tell you lot failures of service provided by the Service Department. Might be no body informs you about there expereinces due to lack of cummunication as only paper formality satisfaction is done there in documents as no satisfaction is given at every service. No customer calling as regarding the pending of service is done.

    Myself is Deepak kalra, resident of 49 – B, Sarabha Nager, Ludhiana, Punjab and holding a great reputation and business in the trade of Housekeeping Industry on the name of Deep Enterprises with the contacts of Oswals Group, Vardhman Knitwear, and Hero Group of industries, Apollo Hospitals.

    And we are having so many vehicles of different companies and we have never faced this kind of humiliation, which we have received today by your G.M Services Mr. Nageshwar Rao. The same I am narrating for your kind consideration.

    This is a serious complaint to bring in to your knowledge, so that like me in future your any customer will not face harassment and dissatisfaction given by Tata Motors employees.

    As I heard Tata Motors repo in the market that your newly launched vehicle – Tata Indica V2 Model, I went to the Dada Motors, Ludhiana and brought the same in the year of June, 2004.

    I am satisfied with the product but the supervisor of the Dada Motors guided me in the wrong way, that the vehicle need to replace Oil and its filter after 10,000 Km. If you feel any trouble in between then come to us for checkup.

    That’s why we sent our vehicle along with our driver on 19,000 Km for third free service. In between neither they have not phoned us for the service nor remind us for the service.

    But surprised to note the coupon of our fourth free service has been teared without our knowledge. As per the advice of the supervisor, today we went they’re for our fourth free service but they have turned down to accept our all plee and request.

    Instead of satisfy us, Mr. Nageshwar Rao. GM Service, has started using unethical and abusing language with us and asked us to get out from the office and said now I am canceling your warranty and extended warranty both with immediate effect and I see how you get your vehicle service here.

    After seeing this whole drama one Dr. gentleman who has came there for buying new Tata Safari dropped the idea after seeing this kind of customers services being provided by the company. This you may confirm Opal Sharma – Regional Customer Care, Chandigarh, Ph no – 9814010309.

    Here we want to know the company like Tata gives this kind of treatment to their customers. Please let us know your opinion on this above said.

    dear sir,
    this is to informe you that, this is not a matter of coupen or free service its a matter of the way Mr. Nageshwer rao has treated us, which was never be tolreble and not accepteble by any one.
    for your kind notice that we have not even received any single call from chandigarh office even the metter have been narreted to Mr uppal sharme chandigarh on the same very moment.not only this i tried atleast 20 times to contect on phone of office no body was picking the phone.

    Dear Mr. N. Rao

    As you have mentioned in your letter that, you have not asked us any thing means we are telling a lie and only your self is the true fellow and giving the true statement. If I am telling a lie than you may please ask to Mr. Dr. Rajiv Singh he was also there and he has talk to us and ask about your attitude problem but still we say that you have misbehave and abuse us.

    Hi, I m an engineer working in UK, would like to go for tata indigo marina when I m back in India for vacation in about 4 months. however there are many option in market but the reason I chose to go for tata is to buy something made in India by Indians to keep the attitude upright to invest in our own Indian organisations, but looking at the responses of the customers it seems tata motors are least bother what their customers are thinking. why it is so that they cannot keep good attitude and encourage people to invest in all Indian products like what the Englishmen are doing here they are very proud of their people and country and when it comes to Indian we don’t even respect our own people, I request tata motors to please improve the service for the customers which will boost the tata’s economy and India’s as well nevertheless the approach may be just a drop in the ocean but the cumulative effect will fetch a lot.
