Singapore Telecommunications to provide technology to Cybernet of Pakistan
Singapore Telecommunications has announced that they are entering into collaboration with Cybernet of Pakistan to provide Internet Protocol-Virtual Private Network services in the city of Karachi.
SingTel confirmed in a statement that they would be offering ConnectPlus IP-VPN service in Pakistan. This comes after they received requests from the enterprises for secure and reliable communications.
SingTel vice president of business marketing Wong Soon Nam spoke on this deal: “In South Asia, Pakistan is fast becoming a popular destination among the corporate world for back-end process operations. With our landmark agreement with Cybernet, companies that plan to conduct business in Pakistan can enjoy a one-stop service from SingTel to connect their global offices to Pakistan and the rest of the world.”
