My eAddress: More free services from AOL
Time Warner’s internet division AOL continues to roll out new announcements related to their upcoming free services for the web users.
The company revealed yesterday that they are now planning to start offering next month personalized email domains at no charge.
This new service would be called My eAddress and it would enable the web users to choose any email address they wish using the .com or .net domains.
AOL would be providing up to 100 addresses for each personal domain.
Users would be free to chose any name, group, or word before and after the “at” part of the address. Of course, they would also be free to pickup an email id ending with @AOL.com.
These personalized email ids would also be allowed to be used with AOL’s other services including AOL instant messaging etc.
