BBC to launch a radio add-on for digital music players
UK based news media company BBC has said that they are planning to launch a plug-in gadget which would help the owners of digital music players to convert their players into a radio device.
However, the development of the device is in early stages and they have no details on how soon it would be available in the retail market. The expected pricing is also not clear.
BBC spoke on this upcoming product: “It’s important for to us to make sure that people can listen to digital radio on their own terms.â€
They are also currently studying on how easy it would be for them to make and market the clip-on gadget to the consumers in UK and other countries.
