NTT DoCoMo to start selling HSDPA mobile phones
The dominating mobile service provider in the Japanese market NTT DoCoMo has revealed that they would soon start selling HSDPA mobile phones in Japan.
These new mobile handsets would let the consumers download music and video clips about 10 times faster than existing models.
These phones would be manufactured by companies including NEC Corp. and these are expected to be available in the retail market from the end of this month.
This would make NTT DoCoMo the first player in the Japanese market to introduce this new technology.
