SanDisk announces “Made for Sansa” accessory program for their MP3 players

SanDisk has just shocked the market with their new range of digital media players, which are both feature packed and affordable.

Now, they have announced the arrival of the “Made for Sansa” program, which would let them showcase compatible accessories for their MP3 players.

The company is hoping to create an accessory market for their players in a similar way to how Apple has done for their iPod range of digital music and video players.

SanDisk is working with seven third-party companies for these accessories. These companies include Griffin, Altec Lansing, DLO and Macally.

The company said on this program: “With each new addition of the line of licensed Sansa accessories, we are creating a more complete ecosystem for enhancing the user experience.”
