Real World Phone: Samsung launches SCH-V920 mobile phone

South Korea based mobile phone company Samsung has launched a new mobile phone named SCH-V920, which they call the Real World Phone.

Samsung claims that this mobile phone has been designed to work nearly anywhere in the world. The phone is capable of working in as many as 90 countries in America, Asia, Europe and Oceania regardless of communications network standards.

The company claimed that this device is the first of its kind, which is capable of roaming across the world.

Lee Ki-Tae, president and chief of the firm’s telecom division added in a statement: “The Samsung mobile handset will serve as a channel that will enable its users to freely communicate anywhere in the world.”

The phone supports the popular GSM, CDMA and Japanese JCDMA standard.
