Cingular Wireless launches iTunes enabled Moto Razr mobile phone
Cingular Wireless and Motorola have together announced the availability of a variant of Moto Razr mobile phone that comes preloaded with Apple iTunes application for music playability.
With this launch, Motorola now has Razr v3i along with Rokr E1 and Slvr L7 mobile phone models, which supports the Apple iTunes application.
The model being offered by Cingular comes in “Silver Quartz†and would ship with a 512MB MicroSD flash memory card.
Users would be able to use this phone just like an Apple iPod. After connecting the Razr phone to their machines, they can use the Apple iTunes application on their computer to load music on the portable music device.
And the Razr mobile phone would be capable of playing the songs purchased from Apple iTunes store, which comes with the proprietary FairPlay Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology.
