Warner Home Video launches more titles on Blu-Ray and HD DVD
Warner Home Video has announced that they are soon going to make available more movie titles on the next generation storage media Blu-Ray and HD DVD.
These new titles would be available in the retail market starting October 10. And some of the big names included in this list are Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Other titles are Batman Begins, Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride, The Polar Express, Syriana and 16 Blocks.
The HD DVD titles would go on sale for $28.99 SRP. While the Blu-Ray titles would sell for $34.99 SRP. The company claims that these high definition format discs offer resolution six times higher than standard definition DVDs in addition to extraordinarily vibrant contrast and color and beautifully crisp sound.
