AMD to supply processors to Founder Technology
AMD is the second largest maker of processors for the personal computers and they have just signed on a deal with Founder Technology, which are the second largest PC maker in China.
This deal would see Founder Technology introducing desktop computers based on the AMD64 processor in China next month.
Both Intel and AMD have been focusing on the ever-growing Chinese market in the recent times. This deal is just another minor achievement for AMD.
AMD also is a major supplier of personal computer processors to Lenovo, which is the leading manufacturer of PCs in china.
AMD is also going to expand this deal with Founder to include processors for the mobile platform.
