NTT DoCoMo might get Yahoo! tools for their mobile phones
As per incoming reports, Japan’s leading mobile service provider NTT DoCoMo has plans to add three new search services for its mobile phone users.
And this might include service provided by Yahoo Japan Corp. connected to their rivals Softbank Corp.
The company would as a result provide access to as many as 13 search engines to their customers. Yahoo! in Japan is the most popular online portal and is 41 percent-owned by Softbank, which is a new player in the mobile service industry in the country.
Their other rival KDDI recently tied up with search engine giant Google to offer their search technologies on their phones.
