Samsung starts selling SCH-B600 mobile phone with a 10-megapixel camera
South Korean tech giant Samsung has started selling what they claim is the world’s first mobile phone with a 10-megapixel camera.
The company claims that this mobile phone SCH-B600 offers crisp video and top-notch digital camera functions.
Samsung said in a statement on this product: “Samsung reinforces its technology leadership by launching the world’s first 10 megapixel mobile phone … in the Korean market.”
This phone is six millimeters (0.24 inches) thinner and 10 grams (0.35 ounces) lighter than the existing seven-megapixel camera handset available in the market.
Samsung SCH-B600 also combines mobile TV capability at satellite standard. It is available in the South Korean market at a price tag of around 900,000 won (937 dollars).
