Vodafone launches HSDPA phones just ahead of the holiday season
Britain’s Vodafone Group Plc has announced the launch of their 3G handset line-up for the upcoming holiday season.
These phones are powered with HSDPA technology and would be capable of web access at broadband speeds.
These are also some of the first phone launched by the company which are manufactured by South Korean tech giant LG.
Vodafone said in a statement that they plan to sell 10 exclusive 3G phones sourced from top European, U.S. and Asian manufacturers. Five of them would be targeted at the entry-level customers.
They would also be selling six HSDPA phones manufactured by Motorola and Samsung.
