are u guys crazie or wat! who says macs are expencive? i own an imac g5, and personally i think OSX itself, is worth atleast 2 lacs wonder why they sell it for this cheap! its like, heaven!!!!!!!!!! , cmmmon guys, get out of windows and see the doors! , there is more in life than viruses, hacks, cracks, piracy, faded things@!!!!! buy a mac, ud bever go back!

just check out this, the Dell Latitude 15″ under similar specs comes to about $2400 – 112000/- assuming $1=INR45 in the US. While the powerbook in India costs the same…. ??? so who says mac is expensive….

guys, while you say that the Apple notebooks are expensive, also consider this one line which one of my customers told me after purchasing a mac – “Apple is the only company in the world which can combine design, hardware and software and still deliver an excellent package, anything else is a compromise”. The mac are not expensive as you think they are. Take a 12″ notebook with in-built combodrive, and BT with 40GB HDD with shock detection, 512MB ram, 32MB dedicated video RAM and OS, carry case inclusive. 55K/-(inclusive of taxes)

compare this to a dell 12″ and see the price difference.

Aah, yes, add a external RAM or change the config on your windows machine, they’ll toss your warranty out of your window…..

while that is the case for notebooks, can you show a equivalent of iMac or Mac mini on the windows platform…. there is no comparision on these lines…
