Time Warner’s AOL division has said in a statement that they are acquiring Relegence which specializes in financial news and information search technology.
Relegence is a privately held company which provides subscription services offering real-time notification and delivery of financial information on computers.
The company has around 60 employees in offices in New York, London and Tel Aviv.
