New Honda CR-V now available in India
Japanese automaker Honda has launched their latest version of the CR-V sports utility vehicle in the Indian market.
Unfortunately, this latest updated edition would be considerably more expensive than the outgoing version.
Honda Siel Car India President and CEO Masahiro Takedagawa spoke about the new CR-V: “The third generation CR-V, which is being introduced in India after its global launch, signifies the importance of the Indian market to Honda’s plans.”
It is available in two variants of six speed manual transmission and an automatic transmission. These two variants cost 17.70 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) and Rs. 18.40 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), respectively.
Honda also said that they are going to increase the price of other vehicles in the country as increasing costs of raw materials is putting the pressure on profit margins.
