Wall Street Journal to launch online stock market-tracking service
News Media Company Wall Street Journal is trying to enhance their online services to counter the falling sales of their newspapers.
The WSJ is now planning to launch an online stock market-tracking service for their subscribers.
This would let them move to a smaller size newspaper with less space spent on stock tables.
This new service is expected to be launch on January 2 next year and this same day the company would launch their smaller format newspaper.
This new section on their website would be called “market data center” and would also be available to non-paying visitors to their website. Paid users would get more services and additional features.
